Refund Policy for Procura Business

At Procura Business, we are committed to serving our customers and fulfilling their requirements with integrity and efficiency. If a customer receives a product that meets any of the criteria listed below, they may be eligible for a return or exchange:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
A customer is eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The product is used, altered, or defective.
- There is physical or in-transit damage to the product.
- A branded product is received with the seal already opened.
- The package is empty, or some items or accessories are missing.
- There is a significant difference between the product received and the product description on the Procura Business website.
Non-Eligibility for Return/Exchange
A customer is not eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is no longer needed by the customer.
- The customer mishandles or improperly installs an industrial product, causing damage or rendering it unusable.
- A branded product is received with the seal already opened.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
Guidelines for Return/Exchange
A customer is not eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Any concern with a product must be reported to the respective Key Account Manager (KAM) within 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of an empty package or quantity issue, customers must share a video of the unboxing with our customer care team.
- Customers must provide 7–8 images of the complete product, including packaging (outer & inner), and the shipment label when raising a return or replacement request.
- For industrial goods, returns are acceptedonly for wrong, defective, or damaged items.
- For faulty electronics, the customer must contact the nearest service center for repair or replacement.
- Products must be returned in new and unopened condition, with original packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (including keys, straps, and locks).
- All returns and refund-related matters are handled exclusively by our Accounts Department, regardless of the payment method.
- While sellers on Procura Business offer return options,product-specific policies on the product page take precedenceover general guidelines.
Refund Policy
The approach to refunds varies based on several factors, including product category and value. For certain products, particularly those of higher value, replacements may be prioritized. In other cases, refunds may be extended based on the circumstances of the return request.
All refund and exchange processes are managed by the Procura Business Accounts Department, regardless of the original payment method.
Refunds / Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Request raised after the 48-hour window post-delivery.
- Missing packaging, labels, tags, accessories, or freebies.
- Product damaged due to customer handling.
- Product has been used.
- Items sold as part of a combo/set cannot be returned individually.
Refund Timeline:
- Once a refund is approved by the Accounts Department, the amount will be processed via NEFT to the customer's bank account within 15 business days.

Shipping Policy for Procura Business
At Procura Business, we aim to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders while maintaining the integrity of the products in transit. The following terms apply to all shipments:
Dispatch and Delivery
- Dispatch Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2—5 business days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and location.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery timeline is 5—10 business days depending on the shipping address and product category.
- Delays: Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as operational issues, regional restrictions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may apply based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and order value.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.
- The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Packaging and Handling
- Products are securely packaged using standard protective materials.
- All shipments include product labels, order invoice, and shipment details.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If a shipment is received with visible damage or tampering, customers must:
- Report the issue to the respective Key Account Manager (KAM) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images and videos of the damaged package and shipment label.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, Procura Business will coordinate with the logistics provider for resolution. Refunds or re-shipments will be considered based on the outcome of this investigation.
Partial Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in parts depending on availability. Customers will be notified in such cases.
Non-Delivery
- If delivery is not accepted after multiple attempts or due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the order may be canceled, and applicable charges (including logistics and handling) may be deducted before any refund.
